Here will be quick notes for games, mostly Arcade and arcade-likes.
mainly if I don't have enough info for (or I dont feel need to be seperated into) a full page.

P1 and P2 Side Differences:
Raiden DX: P1 has faster verticals, P2 has faster horizontals. Ship color change.
Super Space Fortress Macross 2: P2 moves quicker than P1. (augitesoul)
Trizeal: Different ship.
Deathsmiles: P2's bomb is weaker than P1. (Emuser)
ESP.Ra.De: P2 can surpass the chain limit imposed on P1. (Emuser)
ESPGaluda: P2 can score more gems against Stage 2 boss. (Emuser)
Batsugun Special: P1 gains XP from pink pigs faster than P2. (Emuser)
DoDonPachi DaiOuJou: P1 gets more Hyper I-Frames against bosses than P2. (Emuser)
Genkirindan: P2 has a stronger Type-C than P1. (Emuser)
Mushihimesama: P2 gets a silver beetle, randomized TLB patterns, and a crash risk(!?) (Emuser)
Thunder Cross 2: Pointblanking as P2 is more powerful than P1 (Emuser)
DoDonPachi:
Ship colors change. 
Minor routing changes from starting on right side of screen.
P1 Laser types can save chain with Laser Bomb. (Emuser)
P2 carries collected stars in a collective total until death. (Emuser)

Fallout 3
When doing Moira's quest involving getting highly irradiated for research purposes, its easiest to just go stand next to the bomb in the water pool in the center of Megaton.

Wolfenstein: The New Order
When you have to battle the two robots at the end of the mission where you're clearing checkpoints out, the first one (the one closest to you) has a button in the truck to deactivate it immediately.
you can block/lessen incoming damage when grabbed by enemies by holding lt on console
Laser weapons are incredibly powerful. Use them. They work well against armored enemies.
Shotgun troops are armored. aim laser at head or use shock grenades for easy dispatching.
if you can use turrets, do so. especially detatched. Laser turrets can be recharged with the same wall chargers as the other laser weapons.
Every time you're in the Kreisau Circle base, you can craft an Armor Upgrade at J's bench
When finding the Project Whisper folder, you can skip a cutscene with Max by getting the crowbar first and then talking to Klaus and removing the wall panel hiding the folder.

Resogun
The higher the difficulty, the faster you'll lose your multipler.
To save yourself from a pickle, use Boost, Overdrive, or a Bomb. This is the priority order my brain uses from left to right.
Save as many humans as you can, they can give you Extends and Bombs.
Boss 2 tips: Staying between bullet shooters on the first phase and nicking the weak spots, then staying under and using short boosts to outmanuver the laser on the second (Veteran Difficulty)
If enemies stay alive for too long, they will turn orange yellow and become more aggressive, sometimes leaving the playfield entirely instead. The higher your difficulty the more they'll stay and not leave.

Hot Wheels: Beat That! (NDS)
The last flame is unattainable due to a bug with the Inferno Bedroom Tournament secondary objective "Take All Track Shortcuts", as the game requires a shortcut on Desktop Dash, which doesn't exist at all.
During Rampage events, it may be faster to abuse the reset car function (Y Button) to warp backwards and reach other cars that way.
Some shortcuts can fuck with the race position tracking, which can be unhelpful for "Stay in 1st place for x seconds" objectives. Sometimes, its better to forgo the shortcut until those objectives are complete.
To unlock Shadow MK2, be on the car selection screen and Hold Left Trigger while pressing the following buttons; 
D-Pad Up, Y, X, D-Pad Down, X, Y, D-Pad Up
